The course is led by the former head of the FBI’s Tactical Training Unit at Quantico and our cadre is made up exclusively of former FBI Tactical Instructors and members of the elite Hostage Rescue Team. Our training philosophy and methods are based on the “Bureau Way” - we employ the same techniques and equipment we used to prepare FBI Agents around the world for whatever the job threw at them.

Personal Security Considerations Briefing

A candid look at the current security environment and mitigation strategies to include specific mindfulness techniques, early detection and avoidance, and heuristic decision making.

Range Safety & Individual Shooter Diagnostic

Range safety protocol will be briefed and enforced to keep all participants safe for the duration of the weekend. Each shooter will receive individual attention to determine the appropriate level of instruction.

Pistol Training Block 1

Pistol training beginning with fundamentals and moving towards advanced techniques, providing beginners with the tools they need for success while reinforcing good techniques for experienced shooters.

Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Training

Hands on training to understand and address trauma situations outside of the hospital setting.

Carbine Training Block 1

Carbine training beginning with fundamentals and moving towards advanced techniques, providing beginners with the tools they need for success while reinforcing good techniques for experienced shooters.

Low Light Shooting (Pistol & Carbine)

Use of both weapon systems in low light situations to include the integration of night sights and flashlights.

Home & Personal Security Planning

A presentation of home security considerations that ranges from perimeter, doors, windows, lights and locks to security systems and equipment that improve you and your family’s safety.

Carbine & Pistol Combat Courses

These firearms courses are designed to take your shooting to the next level by improving your proficiency at accurately deploying both weapon systems.

Use of Force: Employing Violence, Less Lethal, Legal Considerations

A candid discussion about deploying the appropriate level of force and legal considerations in today’s sensitive environment.

Vehicle Ambush Survival Tactics

A scientific approach to shooting into, out of and around vehicles. This training block includes demonstrations and opportunities for each client to shoot out of and around vehicles.

Interior Tactics / CQB

This block trains clients how to safely navigate a home or business while armed. Training includes discussion about when it is appropriate to confront intruders and how that confrontation should occur.

Cyber Security / Online Awareness

A discussion about avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal information through social media and other online applications, including how to guard against a variety of scams and phishing attacks.

Shooting and Moving / Use of Cover and Concealment

This training block will teach clients how to effectively utilize cover and concealment. Each client will have the opportunity to practice those techniques in a live fire environment.

Guided Weapons Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance Discussion

Hands on disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of pistols and carbines plus a discussion about the maintenance of both.

Force on Force Scenario-Based Training

A culmination exercise that provides clients with a force-on-force experience for a memorable highlight of their Quantico Experience.

This truly unique program will pair you with some of the world’s most experienced precision shooting instructors to bring you a unique opportunity.

Out training cadre is composed of former FBI Snipers, members of the FBI’s Tactical Training Unit at Quantico and the elite Hostage Rescue Team. Our lead instructor ran the FBI’s Advanced Sniper Training Course for the past decade and has designed the HSG Precision Rifle Training Program to pass that experience on to you. The HSG Precision Rifle Program is a series of progressive training courses which feature very low instructor to participant ratio, allowing for significant personalized instruction time.

Extensive live fire will be conducted as shooters will experience a wide variety of shooting positions and conditions at both known and unknown distances.

Shooters will learn and demonstrate quick and efficient techniques for locating targets, calculating a firing solution, and delivering rapid first round hits on targets of various sizes. These skills will be put to the test on the new "Sniper Golf" course.

Rifle ballistics

Low light target identification and shooting drills

Tactical/self-defense applications of the precision rifle

Firing solutions, wind considerations, ranging techniques

The HSG Precision Rifle Invitational is designed to provide our guests with a unique opportunity to truly learn the art and science of shooting, in an ultra-private setting, from some of the most experienced instructors in the world.

The extremely low instructor-to-guest ratio will ensure each participant has extensive individual attention and instruction. Our cadre has worked with shooters with a wide range of experience and ability. Regardless of your background, we are confident that we can help you improve as a shooter

The HSG "Build Your Own AR-15" course is a truly unique opportunity. Led by our Master Gunsmith, you will assemble every component of your own AR-15. From stock to muzzle device, you will learn every part of the rifle - how it functions and how to identify and fix common failures. You will be provided with all components, tools and instruction necessary to build your own AR-15. After completion, you will have the opportunity to put your new rifle to the test - the HSG training cadre will conduct an extensive live-fire training block to finish off this incredible experience.
