Elements of an Onsite Visit

• Preliminary site survey to determine security baselines.
• Key administrator briefing to provide an initial threat assessment and security analysis of the workplace.
• Security Considerations for Schools presentation for all employees.
• Follow-on, personalized/localized consultations for faculty and staff within their assigned classrooms or work areas.
• Meet with administrators to discuss key findings and strategies to improve safety at the school, including a violence prevention plan and the establishment of a multidisciplinary threat assessment team.
• Final report detailing observations and recommendations.
This presentation is designed to inform and empower faculty and staff members to become stakeholders in their own security. This discussion is usually conducted at the beginning of our onsite facility visit and is designed to set expectations and facilitate the development of individualized security action plans that compliment the overall facility strategy.
Following the all employee presentation, we meet with faculty and staff to provide personalized/localized consultations within their classrooms or assigned work areas. This customized approach gives employees the opportunity to ask questions and develop sound strategies to keep themselves and their students safe.
Soon after the visit, our clients are provided with a detailed report of observations and recommendations. The report is followed by a consultation with the client to review the report and discuss priorities and implementation.
